Where is the GDC binaries for Windows targeting windows?

I never used GDC, but if I understand correctly there's no 
windows compiler on that page. The last two headings contain 
compilers that run on windows but produce executables for 
arm-linux, as you can see from the "target" column of the tables. 
So they probably aren't what you are looking for.
