Minor releases (7.2, 7.3, ...) do not include new features, so we
certainly won't see GDC in the 7.x series. I think the initial plan was
to ship with the first GCC 8 release, but there's been a delay due to
some copyright stuff. I don't know whether GDC will actually make it
into GCC 8.
