Stewart's Programming Resources back online

Some of you may have noticed that my programming resources website has 
been down for a while.  Having been messed around by AffordableHost, I 
eventually switched to a new hosting provider, and so had to reupload 
everything.  And the programming resources didn't get put back straight 
away.

Well, the site is back up now.
