New project - dbapi

Hello.

I have created a project for a database interface based on the python 
dbapi spec (PEP249) but not intended as an implementation of the spec.

The library code is pre-alpha and I am announcing as I would like 
comments and suggestions before I start finalizing the api. Any comments 
would be appreciated.

The code is hosted on Google at: http://code.google.com/p/d-dbapi/

I have attached the sample program.
