'Managed' is a term invented by Microsoft that means 'cool'. I'm sure
it can be applied to D. D is managed, i.e. cool.

Seriously, I know about the only meaning of 'managed programming
language' - a language that is compiled into the intermidiate language
that can be executed by the common language runtime aka .NET Framework
or Mono
