gdcwin: GDB for D

By popular demand, I added a pre-compiled binary of
MinGW GDB (6.3-2) with the D patches (v 0.2) applied:

Just the gdb.exe and support files, no GUI for it...
(I think you can use the Code::Blocks IDE for that)
