I suggest to try "Highlight.js" - small javascript library to 
automatically highlight contents of <code> element.

It seems there is a wordpress plugin, although I cant imagine why it 
could be needed - installation and usage is nearly no-op.

It doesn't have out-of-the-box support for D, but it's trivial to adopt 
C/C++ config for that.
