One problem, 2.0 has things that can't not be breaking changes. I don't ever 
want to see them in 1.0. I feel that is a distinction that must be maintained, 
and if it is, we need the 2.0 branch to play them in. With that IMHO, there 
won't be much reason to have the other levels.
