LuaLib 5.1.4

I updated the LuaLib code and the example in the wiki.

+ D2 compatibility!
+ includes precompiled lua 5.1.4 that is automatically linked
* several bugfixes


The example code runs fine with dmd 1.039 and dmd 2.023, but D2 
compatibility still needs extensive testing.
