How so?

In the very beginning it was much stricter, but it had the excuse 
that it was originally a vibe.d-specific utility. Once the scope 
of the project changed, we got additions like `sourcePaths` which 
made Dub support a much wider range of project structures.

It should be a no-brainer that Dub should impose as few 
restrictions on users as possible by letting them specify their 
project structure entirely in package.json.
