Mono-D v0.5.1.5 - Bug fixes

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to announce a further bug fix release.

Nothing *so* important except that it now alters the AST e.g.
when you're at the end of a method body and pressing <Return>,
it'll increase the body's endlocation which lets the completion
work fine until the complete file gets reparsed after half a
second.
