Bugzilla maintenance tonight

I've just noticed some new behavior which looks like a bug. When I
click on "edit" next to the "Status" of a bug, it just redirects me to
e.g. https://issues.dlang.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12553#add_comment
instead.
