LDC 0.13.0 beta 1 released!

Hi everyone,

LDC 0.13.0-beta1, the LLVM-based D compiler, is available for 
download!
This is the first beta release based on the 2.064.2 frontend and 
standard library and supports LLVM 3.1-3.4.1 (OS X: 3.2/3.4.1 
only).

Please help testing this release!
