Whoops, that's my bad :(
(I editted a little and clicked the "save draft" button which 
turned it into a draft again, I think)

Thanks for letting us know!
Fixed it.

I also updated LATEST_BETA, so `ldc-beta` on Travis should now 
automatically use 1.1.0-beta3.
