Thanks. Just cloned, compiled and installed it on Ubuntu 16LTS 
and it works out of the box.

~$ terminix --version
Versions
         Terminix version: 1.5.0
         VTE version: 0.42
         GTK Version: 3.18.9

Nice new features. I'm sure they will come in handy.
