Ironically, I've made (incomplete) port of nanogui and it works using 
arsd.simpledisplay and sdl2. But totally failed to run it using glfw 
like original nanogui does. Al least I've spent more time trying to run 
using glfw than total time I spent using both simpledisplay and sdl2.
