Any time you do something manually instead of it being automatic, there's a
risk of that.

And if adrdox works well for folks, then great. Personally, I'd like to
stick to the official tool, especially when I'm writing something that might
make it into Phobos (though like Phobos, I was forced to add a helper
program in order to deal with stuff like the navigation bar), but there are
definitely aspects of it which make it harder to use than adrdox or ddox.
