Could you please elaborate a bit on your workflow for D with Vim? 
I often struggle with the tooling around D but consider Vim as a 
great tool to use for D development. I am aware of dutyl and also 
use it but you seem to have more tools at hand ...

E.g. what do you use for debugging, refactoring, ... ?
