DConf 2019 Call For Submissions

We are now accepting submissions for DConf 2019 London. If you 
are interested in submitting a talk, panel, etc., please see the 
DConf 2019 home page for the submission guidelines:

We'll be accepting submissions at social at dlang.org up until 
midnight AOE on March 10, 2019. Author notifications will go out 
no later than March 17, 2019.
