That was a brief puzzler. I was sure I had updated the 2019 Thank 
You page, and I had. The problem was that last night I 
copy-pasted the PayPal order form from the 2018 site and 
overlooked the return URL, so it was still pointing to 
2018/thankyou.html. All is well now.
