As an expert programmer sure, with plenty of appropriate hardware.

That isn't the majority of people in D, let alone programmers outside.

It is great that you have this solved for you, but having vibe.d and the 
likes sitting around 5-15k in benchmarks shows it isn't solved for 
everyone else.
