New release of the uim-framework published

The uim-framework, the basis for all my UIM projects, is now 
available as release 26.2.1 at http://uim-framework.dub.pm/.

Many different projects from the past eight years have been 
revised and consolidated into uim-framework.

My focus with this package is creating a library for business 
applications based on vibe.d (because vibe.d is so great).
