ErupteD v3 has a dlang module generator

ErupteD got a DLang generator to become self-contained. The DLang 
modules will not be updated in this repository any more. If you 
would like to have the latest bindings, you have to fetch the 
latest [Vulkan-Docs](https://github.com/KhronosGroup/Vulkan-Docs) 
repo or 
[Vulkan-Headers](https://github.com/KhronosGroup/Vulkan-Headers) 
(smaller in size) and call

`dub run :generate -- "Drive:/Path/to/Vulkan-Docs or -Headers" 
"source/erupted"`

to generate the DLang Vulkan modules.
