No. That should primarily be a question of having and using an 
according ancient C toolchain (`-gcc=…`) for linking; prebuilt 
static druntime and Phobos from the regular `linux-x86_64` 
package might just work (just unsure about their C parts). And 
there's the Alpine packages too, to build fully static musl-based 
binaries (`-static`) - either on Alpine directly or with a musl 
toolchain -, or cross-compile to glibc-Linux on an ancient distro 
(since the `ldc2` executable is e.g. fully static).
