The core of the kernel is built on TempleOS because it has the
jit logic out of the box and it's a good fit for being dedicated
to RISC-V instruction set, so HolyC sort of came through with it.
The application layer is wasm/js otherwise but over-optimized for
libwasm in D which is a spasm-derived custom druntime/phobos that
compiles to wasm

https://github.com/etcimon/libwasm/tree/master/runtime-v1.43.0 is
where the druntime/phobos wasm-compatible runtime for ldc
v1.43-beta1 stands which uses
https://github.com/etcimon/libwasm/tree/master/tools/runtime-adapt to pull and update the runtime to the latest ldc

The whole kernel UI is mostly a css/dom rendering with opengl and
high-def/high-dpi
