D Bugzilla System issues

Lately, the bugzilla system keeps asking for me to login every time I 
want to do something new, even in the same session. Before, it only 
asked to login every time I started a new session. My cookie settings I 
fine, I think.

Also, is it possible to change one's email address? I have the feeling 
not. A new account must be created?
