The man files included with DMD 0.149 are out of date.  It is my opinion that
if the release contains man files, they should be updated (and, ideally, kept
up to date) with compiler option changes and such.

Updating them is not hard, and I have done so (adding an rdmd as wel); I will
attach them to this bug, if I can, or post a URL in a comment otherwise.
