There appear to be several outstanding issues with the documentation for
classes

* Under ClassBodyDeclaration, Declaration doesn't link anywhere nor is it
described
* The fact that you can mark members with Protection to control visibility
isn't described explicitly
* Default visibility isn't clearly defined
