sh: chdir: command not found

This problem only occurs with the rdmd that is packaged with dmd2, which seems
out of date.  I got the latest rdmd from
http://dsource.org/projects/phobos/browser/trunk/tools/rdmd.d, compiled and
installed.  Everything works no problem.  Can you update the rdmd binary in the
dmd2 package, or provide the source for rdmd in those packages?
