An invalid bug that is closed SHOULD be invisible.

If you think there's a valid enhancement in here, open a new bug for it.  There
is no way we should be keeping invalid bugs open because somebody may have a
related enhancement request that they didn't put anywhere in a bug report that
they filed four years ago.
