On non-top-level pages on dlang.org, such as the Phobos docs, the D logo image
in the upper-left corner is broken. All pages on the site appear to be using
the image url "images/dlogo.png". And "http://dlang.org/images/dlogo.png"
exists, but "http://dlang.org/phobos/images/dlogo.png" does not.
