Reopened because I see no proof that issue 10244 is the same error.

This issue gives:
Internal error: backend\cgcv.c 2162

Issue 10244 gives:
Assertion failure: 'td' on line 8375 in file 'expression.c'

And the source that causes the error looks very different.
