It was reported Visual D had a major slowdown even on medium (~500 lines)
files. There are people who love old slow PC-s and expect Visual D to be as
fast as Visual Studio used to be.

IMO it have to provide tokens highlighting, collapse regions, and autocomplete
from text buffer and JSON info fast.
