This page starts with "D is a fully garbage collected language."

This is a bad message for people looking at D's memory management offering. The
page should state, very clearly, in the first sentence that D supports more
than garbage collection, and provide examples and links.

This is scaring people away:

someone idly Googling "D garbage collection" may land here and discard D
immediately without further investigation).
