All /library/ pages are broken. It's my understanding that those are still in a
testing stage, and that they are not the official docs, yet.
http://dlang.org/phobos/std_getopt.html looks fine (please say if not).

I have trouble building the /library/ pages at the moment. So I can't work on
this right now.
