Are you referring to dlang.org's sidebar or forum.dlang.org's sidebar.  The
dlang.org "Online Book (Free)" works for me. 

forum.dlang.org's sidebar is totally different from dlang.org's side bar.  I'm
not sure how to go about fixing that.
