Which forums should be kept on the index?

C++ stuff - remove?
DTL - remove?
DWT - move up to "Ecosystem"?
DMDScript - remove?
digitalmars.empire - remove?

There's also some stale mailing lists, or mailing lists only used for GitHub
announcements (phobos, dmd-concurrency), keep/remove?
