As far as I understand, you're asking for a translation of the documentation to
Chinese. I'm changing the title of this issue to that effect. I wouldn't get my
hopes up, though.

If you're instead asking for specific instructions on how to write a 32 bit
kernel in D, please post to <http://forum.dlang.org/group/general>.
