AFAIK it's a huge pain to keep the win32.mak up-to-date and requires a lot of
work & resources that would be spent more wisely on important matters.
Ideas

1) use reggae (or another cross-platform buildtool) for dlang.org
2) just drop win32.mak (windows 10 includes a full ubuntu bash anyways)
