forum.dlang.org already know wich posts is new for user - there is info in
topics list "Replies" column, like "93 (64 new)".
And those "(64 new)" is clickable link like
http://forum.dlang.org/first-unread/lygasrzucqdiatvuukdh@forum.dlang.org.

It would be nice to see those new posts marked by color border or somehow else.
If this is possible.
