https://github.com/dlang/phobos/pull/5582 reduces the list again and contains a
list of missing modules on the blacklist:

- std.math
- std.stdio
- stdx.allocator.building_blocks.quantizer
- stdx.allocator.building_blocks.free_list
- std.traits
