Compile:

module test;
enum E
{
    one,

}

with "dmd -m64 -g -c test.d"

and analyze it with cvdump from
https://github.com/Microsoft/microsoft-pdb/tree/master/cvdump:

Note the reported misalignment which can cause debuggers to get really
