I opened respective issues for these, s.t. it's easier to track progress and
that this issue appears on the changelog (after all it has been fixed for most
use cases and the one in this bug report). Also it's generally good to inform
people of changes that have occurred in Phobos because of PR (things are moving
forward) and quick reference in case they run into regressions.
