You're attachment is missing source/app.d and the build.sh command does not use
-cov. Also better post examples than to provide a downloadable zip file.

I still think you're seeing a codegen bug introduced by
https://github.com/dlang/dmd/pull/7654, so this is likely a duplicate of issue
18296. Please confirm that 2.079.0-rc.1 fixes your problem.
