(Fresh install of VS2017 Community)

After attempting to create a new project in 0.47.0-beta1, this error pops up:

Tested both project types available: "D/C++ Win32 Application" and "VisualD
Win32 Application".

Going back to 0.46.0 works, where more project types are also available.
"LDC/GDC... etc".

As an extra check... reinstalling 0.47.1-beta1 and the error is back.
