`template mixins` links to 
articles/spec/template-mixin.html
instead of
spec/template-mixin.html

There are a few errors like this. 

Another issue, which isn't 404 error,

in https://dlang.org/articles/cpptod.html

The `Eponymous Templates` gives a hard link to 
dlang.org/spec/template.html#implicit_template_properties
instead of a relative link, which could be probamatic for offline docs.

I will post a fix myself.
