Do we absolutely need to list every potential library addition in Bugzilla?

Also there is nothing "bootcamp" about it - it's a huge project with dubious
prospects of getting it into Phobos.

Basically getting anything into Phobos right now is non-trivial and would
rather start with a few years in DUB.

TL;DR: Use DUB packages, there are even a few to pick from in the last comment.
