In this code

    struct S
    {
        static int fImpl(Ret)() { return Ret.init; }

        // tells us: `fImpl!int` is @system
        pragma(msg, __traits(getFunctionAttributes, fImpl!int)); 
    }

the function attributes should be @safe, pure, nothrow and @nogc.
