dmd-master/dmd-nightly has not been updated since 2020-03-10.

Based on past updates, the frequency of updates is indeterminate, but this
suspension period is too long to make me suspicious.

This affects a number of things, including install.sh and setup-dlang
(https://github.com/dlang-community/setup-dlang).

This makes it difficult for many dlang projects to keep up with the latest
specifications. And probably a lot of people currently miss that dmd-master is
not up to date.
It should be resolved as soon as possible!

Additionally, I did a search on Bugzilla and it appears that no one has
reported it for five months. Since the dlang is currently very conservative and
less breaking changes, it's likely that no one noticed.
I'm very surprised that a critical problem with such far-reaching impact has
been overlooked.
Consideration should be given to operational measures to quickly detect and
remedy an update failure.
