dlang/dmd pull request #12212 "Fix issue 21648: remove two lines from
dsymbolsem.d." was merged into master:

- 198ff5f2ea3b92ffba99175db6c69dfe038a8aaf by Mathis Beer:
  Fix issue 21648: remove two lines from dsymbolsem.d.
  I don't know what they do but it fixes the bug.
  And doesn't break the testsuite, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
